Grande Staunton Chess Set in Red Sandalwood & Boxwood - 4" King

One of our heaviest chess sets, the Grande Staunton is purely traditional with an oversized but eloquent profile. Chess pieces are quadruple weighted and have a broad base design that provides a rich feel with both excellent balance and stability on the chess board. The knights have a graceful design and are meticulously carved with intricate detail. As with most of our chess sets, spare queens are included. One of our favorite heirloom quality chess sets!
